Hi, I’m Nathan! I’m a 19 y/o student attending LBCC studying engineering (though I’m planning on switching majors/programs) I’m looking for a private room to rent ASAP in the surrounding Long Beach area, and my budget is no more than $1,000 a month (including utilities preferred). I’m often out and about a lot so you probably won’t really know that I’m there but when I am there, I keep things tidy, and I keep to myself and respect other’s privacy.
I would prefer that there’d be parking in the area (as you know Long Beach parking is very competitive lol) but its certainly not a dealbreaker!
