I’m a 32-year-old full-time student and full-time professional working in the Gold Coast area. I keep a structured routine—I’m typically up early around 5 AM and start work at 6 AM. I’m a quiet, respectful, and very clean individual who values a peaceful and organized living environment.

I spend most of my time either working or focusing on school, so I keep to myself and maintain a low-key lifestyle. I don’t host gatherings or bring people over, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces. I’m responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and easy to communicate with.

I commute by bus and am looking for a place in the Gold Coast to Uptown area for convenience. Ideally, I’m looking for a comfortable, quiet space where everyone respects each other’s privacy.
