Hi there!

A little bit about me: I turned 35 in April, work full-time and am an introverted homebody who spends most of my free time at home reading with her cat, who would be joining me!

I have rented for the entirety of my adult life and am looking to find a responsible and dependable roommate to share a living space with, ideally with someone in their mid to late 20s or older for the longer term (vs. a short-term living arrangement; 1+ years in an ideal scenario). My ideal budget would be $500 to $650 but I can be flexible with those numbers, for the right roommate(s) and/or location!

In terms of lifestyle, I don’t usually drink apart from an occasional glass of wine and do not partake in 🍃 but I am cannabis-friendly, if that is your thing! I am currently unpartnered and don’t have plans to be anytime soon but, for the sake of transparency, finding a roommate who is LGBTQ+ friendly is important me.

I do work an evening/weekends schedule (2 to 10 p.m. from Tuesday — Saturday), work from home two days per week + pick up a fair bit of overtime, as well. Happy to answer any other questions you might have about me and my preferences for living arrangements!
