Hi. I’m a single male looking for a quiet, relaxed, clean and friendly place. I’m very chill, friendly, and accepting of alternative lifestyles. I’m quiet and keep mostly to myself, but I do enjoy conversation and collaborating on making healthy food. I keep my living space clean and don’t have people visiting or partying with me. I don’t have any pets and would prefer a pet free environment, but possibly negotiable. Just looking for a nice place that is quiet (definitely not a party house) and no roommate/relationship drama in the living space. I prefer not to live with smokers/vapes in the living space. I have a vehicle and would need a parking space. I am willing to help with yard work/upkeep. I’d also be willing to start out with a ‘trial period’, and then do a long term rental (several months or more) if things are going well as roommates. I have no criminal history and have always paid my bills in full and on time (usually earlier than required) and I am financially responsible.
