I’m a finance professional with a structured, early schedule (typically up around 5am and winding down by 9–10pm). I keep a quiet, low-key lifestyle and value a calm, well-maintained home environment. I’m especially drawn to homes where there’s a shared appreciation for a peaceful, well-kept space.

As a former homeowner, I’m very respectful of shared areas and take pride in maintaining a home thoughtfully—both inside and out. I’m organized, clean, and naturally attentive to upkeep, and I tend to contribute positively to the overall feel of a home.

I have a 5-year-old labradoodle, Jax, who is well-trained, low-shed, and very easygoing. He’s fully housebroken, non-destructive, and has lived comfortably with other dogs and cats.

I have my own bedroom furnishings and am looking for a stable, longer-term living arrangement where the dynamic is mutually respectful, easy, and well-aligned. I’d genuinely welcome the opportunity to meet and get acquainted to ensure it feels like a good fit for everyone.
