Hi! I’m a student at University of California, Santa Barbara currently looking for a month-to-month living situation in Santa Barbara. I’m very quiet, clean, and tend to keep to myself most of the time. I have a structured routine with school, so I’m usually out during the day and keep things low-key when I’m home. I will most of the time only be there during the weekdays. I also have one cat, he’s very sweet, clean, and well-behaved. I’m looking for a calm, respectful living environment and would love to live with someone who values a peaceful and clean space as well.
