Hi, my name is Ruchira. I’m looking for a safe female-only place to stay in or near Sugar Land. I recently graduated and will be working office hours, so I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful home environment.

I’m vegetarian, but I’m flexible and can manage my own cooking with an Instant Pot if needed. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I like to keep shared spaces clean. I’m responsible with rent, respectful of privacy, and easy to communicate with.

Because I don’t drive, I’m hoping to find a place with reasonable access to Sugar Land transit, groceries, and work. I’d be happy to discuss move-in timing, house rules, and any expectations.
