I am looking for a room to rent or to share a home/apartment (can be flexible on move in date to an extent but am ready to move). I also can look together and rent a place with you (flexible on cost). I am flexible on rental length and can do month to month or a 3-18 month lease.

I work at a local hospital in OP and will be going back to school for my RN/BSN soon. I am a KC native, laid back, comfortable with all ages, kids, company, and pets (animal lover). I have an adult son who will visit occasionally. I’m clean, respectful of others, and financially responsible. I’m fine with alcohol, etc in moderation but no hard drug use please. My pets are middle aged, friendly, and (according to others) likeable and easy to be around.

I enjoy cooking, writing, reading, art, going dancing, playing card/board games, theater, tv/movies, and exploring the city. I’m always up for the city market, clothes shopping or antique/thrifting. I like being outdoors, camping, fishing, and waterskiing/rafting as well as road trips and travel. I’m also an ambivert who enjoys both socializing and time to myself in pretty equal measures.
