I’m really laid back and easy to live with. I’m friendly and sociable if you’re in the mood to socialize, and can be introverted if you’re in the mood to just chill on your own. I clean up after myself. I don’t mind sharing the food that I buy. I’m currently in Tennessee but trying to relocate to St. Augustine, FL as soon as possible.

Currently, in TN, I lead ghost tours/ghost hunting with Ghost City Tours. I would be transferring as a tour guide to St. Augustine. I am looking for one other job in the tourism industry to supplement my income, and then would like to move down there full time. I am a huge people person. I’m very friendly, and very approachable. I can pass background checks and do anything else that might make you feel better before moving in.

Ideally, I’ll find someone to work with me financially so I can get down there sooner. I’m only employed part time in TN, so coming up with deposits and such to make an out of state move is proving to be pretty difficult. I have no doubt that I would be financially stable in a tourist town, but would need to get down there and get started working to reach that point. I am fully open to moving in at a lower cost, with rent to increase in the future as I begin working full time.

Ultimately I would be working toward getting my own place in the area. I do have two children in Jacksonville that I would love to eventually have over every other weekend. I will be making daytime trips to Jacksonville to see them while in a shared space.
