Hey Yall! I’m Mo, originally from Chicago but relocating from Vegas for work. I’m a really laid back chill person, love good energy, laughs and a good time but I enjoy my alone time with peace and quiet. You won’t really have to worry about me I’m a loner but am open to hanging with my roomies if we click. I’m a welder so I will be out of the home majority of the day, I don’t really go out clubbing or anything, I’m a creative writer, LOVE fashion and love all things arts & music based, museums, poetry nights, live music, getting active going on walks/hikes, exploring nature, being near water, going to arcades, etc. I am very clean so you’ll never have to worry about a mess, I love the gym and meal prepping so it would be dope if we become gym partners! Definitely looking to connect with more of the community in Cali. I do have a furbaby (cat) her name is Smokie, she’s pretty reserved so it takes her a minute to warm up to new people, she gets the typical cat zoomies for sure but she relaxes for the most part.

I’m looking for a safe tranquil quiet home with a private room and private bathroom, parking available, that is 420 friendly, Neurodivergent, lgbtq+ and BIPOC welcoming. I do have 2 partners so I’m hoping for a space that is open to visitors/overnight guests every now and then with advance notice respectfully but is not a party house with a revolving door.

Ideally I prefer a month to month situation while I transition. Credit and background is clear so there won’t be any issues with that.
