I have a furnished room for rent in Rancho Penasquitos. The rent and deposit is $1550. Looking for an easy going person, no parties or overnight guests. There is an unit washer and dryer and the complex has a pool, jacuzzi and a small gym. All your belongs must fit in your room and you do have two closets in your master suite bedroom. Can arrange for an early move in if necessary. Please provide information about yourself.
