Hello! I am 53. Single with no children. I have a small dog named Macie; she weighs 11 pounds. I have a master’s degree in Education from Texas Christian University. I own a house in Arlington, which I will be putting up for sale. I won’t be ready to move until my house sells. I am trying to downsize and simplify my life. I would prefer to find a detached place, such as a backyard granny flat/mother-in-law suite or a small studio apartment over a garage. But I am open to sharing a house with someone. I am a non-smoker, and it is important to me to be in a NON-smoking environment (including no vaping and no cannabis). I am looking for a house rather than an apartment complex, but it could be a detached studio apartment that is part of someone’s property (such as a backyard granny flat or guest house). I am not looking for a room that is within a traditional apartment complex.
