Hi! We are two friends looking for housing in Manhattan, located between 23rd Street and Marcus Garvey Park. We are both clean, respectful, and easygoing. During the day, we are generally out—one of us is studying Film and Television (AA program)—so the apartment remains quiet most of the time. We are non-smokers and do not have any pets. We are open to the idea of forming a shared household and look forward to finding the perfect place. Our budget is between $600 and $1,100 per person, with availability starting May 16, 2026.
