Good morning, I am a very dependable, respectful and quiet individual who works full time in Old Town Saginaw and looking for a room to rent in that general vicinity. I am clean and neat and always happy to take care of home maintenance. Anything from mowing the lawn to hanging drywall, basic plumbing, etc, I am always willing to do for the home owner. I could be your new on-site handyman. I typically have little or no company. I mostly try to be out of the home, working during the day and generally just in my room in evenings. I’m a pretty low-key, low maintenance, no drama kind of person.
