I’m easy going& besides work I go to NH for Bikram yoga class 4 times a week.It breaks up the evening & is my exercise outlet.Im a young 66 & into Macrobiotic diet for many years so eat simply but cook regularly.I grew up in Madison,have traveled quite a bit in life,speak French,studied Cultural Anthropology in college& lived a year in Senegal,Wedt Africa as field study.They are French speaking thus a gained fluency there.I help a brother & sister in local area with family as I’m solo& family oriented.Am content,,trust worthy& feel blessed with good health,good people & interesting life thusfar lived.
