My name is Matthew, and I’m looking for short-term housing in Fredericksburg this summer. I’ll be doing a full-time internship starting June 1st and need a place to stay for about 10 weeks (early June to mid-August). I’m looking for a furnished room or sublease. I’m a student at Virginia Tech, and I’m clean, responsible, and will be working full-time during the week, so I’ll keep a pretty quiet schedule. There’s also a possibility that my internship could turn into a part-time role in the fall, so I may be interested in extending into a longer-term lease if it’s a good fit.
