20, queer/trans (they/she), looking for housing & roommates as I finish up my last semester off-campus (starting in August, ideally staying in the same place into 2027). I’d prefer to find other queer & trans folks if I can, but if you’re an ally that’s also cool :) Also would prefer to live with other students / people in the same age range. Trying to stay within a reasonable commute to Chatham University, so primarily looking at Shadyside, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, and adjacent neighborhoods. Budget would be up to ~$900 for my share of rent but I’d like to stay closer to $600-700 if possible :)
