I live in Buffalo, but my law school program requires me to stay in Pittsburgh for a few days during the week, about 10ish weeks per semester. Very easygoing, quiet, mindful, and honestly wont be at the apt very often (between being out of town & on campus). I manage property in NY, so I have a good grasp on sensibility regarding adhering to house and lease rules.
