I am an upcoming graduate student at NC State and have lived in the area for a while now. I am a clean person and generally keep to myself but also will be friends with my roommates if the situation allows for it. I generally don’t have anyone over except my girlfriend every once in a while. I am into games of all types, art, and hiking!

My budget is around $700 a month and I am looking for no more than 3 other roommates. I would prefer to be in or very near the Cary/Apex zip codes due to my work. I am looking for at least a year lease starting in July or August and am down to join a roommate group, or work on finding a new place together with others. Age and gender of roommates does not matter to me and pets in the home also do not matter to me as long as they are reasonably well behaved.

I do have a cat, but she is an ESA (also able to perform service animal duties) so she is not a problem with places not allowing her. I would be responsible for any pet fees that would arise due to her as well of course. She is clean and stays in my room so its unlikely that you would see her unless you wanted her to be in the public spaces. She is very friendly but not a super wild or playful cat because she’s a little older so she just kind of sits around.
