Brand new to Maryville. Doing odd jobs while I search for full-time employment to start a new life here. I am completely self-sufficient and very considerate of others. I don’t mind pitching in to keep the place neat. I have two daughters who don’t live with me and no pets. I only smoke outside and enjoy a drink on weekends. I plan to get back into my streaming once I’m established but will be respectful of my roommates schedule. I love kids and dogs, both are no problem. There’s much more to finding a roommate than this little box, so sitting down and getting to know each other over coffee would be preferred.
