Hi, my name is Mahdi. I will be starting a Trauma Research Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in July 2026. I have a stable schedule and a reliable source of income.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and very responsible. I keep my space organized and take good care of the home. I have a busy work schedule, so I’m usually focused on work and value a calm, peaceful living environment.

I don’t smoke, don’t have any pets, and I’m easy to communicate with. I’m looking for a furnished room, ideally with a private bathroom, in a quiet and well-maintained home.
