Hi, I am a single 53 y/o male who is looking to rent a private room in Brooklyn, preferably in the areas of Crown Heights or Bed-Stuy. I was living in a private house situation for the past decade, but I had to relocate because the property was sold by the owner. With that being said, I do have references to vouch for my rental history. I work as a delivery driver and I don’t own any pets. I’m have of monthly cap of $1200 and I’m ready to move in ASAP.
