Hi! I’m a single, working professional in the Bedford area with stable, full-time employment and a consistent income. For the past three years, I provided care for my 100-year-old grandmother who passed away in April. Now that she is gone, I am looking to move. My move out date can be flexible.

I am looking for a peaceful, clean, and respectful living environment within half an hour or so of Bedford, NH. I would love to live somewhere that is quiet and has a yard. I am open to having a place just for myself, or living with one to two other people, and a well behaved dog or two. Dogs and I share a mutual adoration for each other.

I’ve successfully lived in shared housing before (including times when I was the landlord), so I understand the importance of communication, cleanliness, paying bills on time, and being considerate of shared spaces. I’m responsible, drama-free, and value a calm home environment. I have excellent credit.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga, going to the gym, music/singing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I can be social and friendly, but I also respect privacy and downtime. I don’t smoke, and I’m looking for a place with good energy and flexibility for the right fit.
