I’m just trying to find something rather last minute as my original plan fell through quite suddenly! :(

I’m a 30yo illustrator (work from home mostly, though I get out at least two to three times a week to work elsewhere), I make roughly 2k-2.5k in a month right now. I have a cat, she’s 12 this year, very well behaved, doesn’t bite or scratch and loves other animals and people alike. Her box gets scooped daily at minimum, litter changed every other week or more as needed. As for me, I’m tidy, especially in shared spaces, and I love to cook. And while I’m always good for a chat, I’m a pretty quiet person and am not usually the type to have guests. I also don’t drink, and I don’t smoke, but it won’t bother me if you do. In the full interest of transparency, I’m mainly only seeking a 1-2 month sublet to give myself a bit more time to find something longterm, though if we mesh I’m definitely open to staying longer if you’ll have me!
