Hi! My girlfriend and I are looking to move into a 3Bed within the lower Manhattan area, preferably around Midtown or surrounding areas. We have one other roommate looking to move with us, but would like to involve a fourth roommate for a 3 bed. My partner and I will be sharing one room together.

We are very clean and tidy people. Any common areas will be free of our clutter or personal belongings, and we are respectful of personal space. Other than that, we’re open to accommodate any boundaries or preferences you may have.

We have 2 cats who are very friendly! They are both fully vaccinated and healthy. We plan on keeping their litterboxes and food bowls in our own room, but they do need to be able to roam the common areas.

We’re very social and outgoing people! Feel free to hang out with us when we’re free. But if you like personal space and quiet, that’s okay too!
