I’m looking for a Roomate to add to a lease that is almost finalized! The apartment is close to wealthy street. 2 bedrooms with wood floors and a really nice kitchen and bathroom and laundry in basement. You mush apply through the private lanlord. I have two very well behaved dogs and one cat. I would prefer no more pets but could possible be okay with one cat. I’ve been renting in grand rapids for 9 years now. I’m respectful, responsible and honest and expect the same in return. I’m 420 friendly following the rules of the lanlord.
