I have a lot of experience with roommates previously, I’m very understanding and easy to work with. I’m generally very clean about all my spaces, I’m a veteran so I’ve got that down for sure haha. I’m very mindful and considerate of others, especially if the space allows pets. I’ve worked with animals and have a decent knowledge of how living with them is. I’ve had dogs almost my whole life, started having my own a few years ago.

Ive never fallen behind on rent or been at risk of eviction. I’m a disabled veteran with a stable income.
