Jesse

Hi, my name is Jesse—I’m 28, single, quiet, clean, and easy to live with. In my free time I’m an artist and also enjoy music and spending time in nature. I’m home most of the time due to having several disabilities; I tend to keep to myself and am respectful of shared spaces, but I’m very friendly and enjoy socializing with roommates sometimes.

I do have a caregiver who comes by regularly (about 10–15 hours/week) to help with cooking and cleaning, and there may in the future be a second support worker (a professional with scheduled visits). Both are background-checked and low-impact.

I’m not a partier, but I like to have a friend or two over sometimes, but would of course follow any house rules. I don’t work due to my disabilities, but rent would be reliably paid by my parents (stable income, good credit, willing to sign/guarantee), and I can provide references.

I’m hoping to move in by May 5th (flexible by 1–2 weeks) and would ideally like something longer-term, but I’m open. Let me know if the room is still available—thanks!
