Quiet and clean 45F Outdoor Professional Seeking Room (NE MA / S NH)

Looking for a room to rent in Northeastern MA or Southern NH (within 45–60 mins of Reading/Stoneham).

About Me:

45F, full-time professional in outdoor recreation. Quiet, clean, and easy-going. Mostly only home to sleep and prep weekly meals; I spend my days off outdoors. No pets (but animal-friendly), no smoking, no overnight guests. Light/minimal drinker (totally fine with an alcohol-free home). Happy to help with yard work or home maintenance projects for a rent reduction (pet care or handy with painting/tools/mowers/weedwackers,etc.)

Lease & Space Preferences: Terms: Looking for a month-to-month or 3-month initial agreement (for safety/privacy reasons). Space: Unfurnished or partially furnished room in a quiet area. Parking: would like off-street parkingm but okay if it is a safe, quiet residential area.
