My name is LaQuan, looking for a room for rent. I’m going back to school and will need a quiet place to stay. I have had multiple roommates before and am a big fan of communicating early and coming to shared understandings. I clean regularly and am okay with a variety of clean/busy lifestyle. I have a cat as well. Looking to go back to school for social work; I currently work with children and young adults.
