Hi! I’m looking for a responsible roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Manhattan Beach. Rent is $1,450/month (utilities included — WiFi, electric, trash, gas, and heater). Minimum 6-month lease, with month-to-month possible after that. The place is unfurnished. Sorry, no pets.

About me:
I work for a company in Marketing twice a week and also create content for businesses. I’m a model and usually travel at least once a month for hotel content shoots. I’m clean, mindful, respectful, and drama-free. I’m in my 30s, don’t smoke, have no pets, and no kids. I love Pilates at the gym, I’m very communicative and easy-going. I like to hang out sometimes and watch a movie, but I keep parties outside the house. I really love this area.

Street parking is very available.

If you’re clean, chill, communicative, normal and have similar energy, this could be a great fit. I’m looking for long-term (minimum 6 months, ideally longer).
