Kari & Ansley

Hi there! My name is Kari; I’m looking to go in on a place with my friend, Ansley. I am a San Diego local and she is from Atlanta. We are both relatively introverted and independent, creative and music lovers. Ansley likes to surf and I like to swim. I am interested in gardening, so I’d like to find a place with a yard. Ansley has 2 ESA cats and I have 1 elderly cocker spaniel dog ESA. We are looking into renting a house with a yard, ideally, and would like to share a space with others who are cleanly, organized, respectful of shared spaces and value a peaceful home. We are not 420 friendly. We are looking to live in Central SD and currently are compiling a list of rentals to tour. We’d like to find a place to rent starting June or July 2026. Our budgets are $1100/mo each.
