Hi there! I work full-time as an independent contractor in the gig economy. Because of my work, I have a busy schedule and spend most of my days out on the road. When I’m not working, I’m usually out visiting my grown kids or relaxing.

With me is my 13-year-old dog, a short-haired terrier mix weighing about 30 lbs. He is the sweetest, gentlest boy ever. Because of his age, he has slowed down significantly and spends almost all his time sleeping. When I am out of the house for work, he stays securely in a large crate, so you never have to worry about him wandering or being underfoot.

In my downtime, I’m a pretty quiet guy who enjoys reading and learning about history. I’m independent, self-sufficient, and value a calm, mature living environment.

My Roommate Style Highly Adaptable: My biggest priority is blending seamlessly into your existing home routine. I am not looking to change how you run things; I’m quick to adapt to whatever house rules or rhythms you already have in place.

Daily Routine: Out of the house for most of the day for work or family visits. I'm usually just looking for a peaceful place to unwind in the evenings. Cleanliness: High. I keep common areas tidy, pick up after myself immediately, and keep my dog's space spotless. Noise Level: Very low. Between a quiet senior dog and my own preference for a calm environment, the house stays very relaxed. Guests: Minimal. I do my socializing out of the house, so you won’t have to worry about unexpected crowds.

Ideal Roommate/Living Situation I’m looking for an established, dog-friendly household where we can fit in effortlessly. A great match would be roommates who appreciate a quiet, low-drama environment, respect privacy, and want a roommate who is easygoing, mindful of their space, and comes with a built-in, very polite furry companion.
