I’m a postdoctoral researcher at City of Hope’s Beckman Research Institute, starting June 2026. I’m responsible, quiet, and keep a clean space. My schedule follows regular work hours and I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to focus on my research. Non smoker, no pets. Happy to provide references if needed.
