Seeking Weekday Room for Rent — Professional with Friendly Goldendoodle

Hello,

I am seeking a room to rent for myself and my 2 1/2-year-old Goldendoodle, Grover. I will only be there during the workweek, and on my days off I will commute back to my home in Mariposa, California.

I am a responsible, clean, and respectful professional looking for a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly living situation. Grover is friendly, well-loved, and part of my family. I am happy to discuss pet expectations, provide references if needed, and be respectful of house rules.

Ideally, I am looking for:

• A private room in a clean, safe home
• Pet-friendly housing
• Weekday-only occupancy
• Access to bathroom, kitchen, and laundry
• A respectful and stable living environment
• Reasonable commute/access to the surrounding area

About me: I am quiet, dependable, employed, and mindful of shared spaces. I do not party and am looking for a peaceful place to stay during the workweek.
