Hi, I’m new to the area and looking for a room to rent that I can have access to a bathroom and kitchen. I’m quiet, clean and friendly. I usually work and come home. I cook and clean because I like to. I can also help with food expenses. I have my stuff in storage in Indiana, where im from, but, I would take either a furnished or unfurnished room. It’ll be only for 6-12 months while I take my time to find a permanent home. I’d like to just pay rent without dealing with all the other amenities. I am not a thief or snoop. I will respect your house rules and respect your privacy as well. If you have the room and could use the extra cash, im your solution and you are mine. Thank you!
