I am a Brazilian, 32 years old, married to my 31-year-old wife. I am currently a PhD student and will be living in the city for one year. I have a very quiet routine, mostly dedicated to my academic work, and I spend a large part of my day studying. I am not a party person and do not engage in noisy activities. I value peace and quiet, keep a regular schedule, and usually go to bed early. I do not smoke and do not have any pets. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and well maintained, and I always respect the property, as well as the building and neighborhood rules.
