“Hi, I’m Brendan. I’m an easygoing, responsible, respectable young professional currently working mostly in clean energy, and occasionally still do contract work including special projects, product launches and Events for Google. On top of my love for travel and experiencing new places, and things… and my work background, now mostly in renewable energy as a Dedicated Solar Professional, helping people save $$ on their energy costs, primarily around Ma, sometimes other states ~ and formerly as a ft Google Market Development Mngr covering New England , running events or special projects .. I am out of town on trips here and there. (good roommate quality, ha)
When I am around, working a bit remotely or just relaxin ~ I keep things chill ; watching a good tv series, doin my fun side biz project or catching a game. I’m a very low-impact, small footprint, independent, quiet, clean person and roommate…. I pride myself on being genuine, and appreciate that quality in others.
I’m a decent guy, an open book with no problem helping out with things, Whether starting out rent is a bit above my budget because I was in a transition period with life and work so I’v been a bit tighter than I’m used to.. which is and will be in process changing already and as we go. For the last nine years, I lived in my own place on the water in Scituate, during the summers I would pop out and rent spots on the south shore and Cape, so my family and friends could use the house to vaca. Last year the house was sold to my other aunt.
So I’m looking for a nice set up and situation that’s month to month and can enjoy living there I am good at maintaining a nice home, Also If it does end up a roommate place, I definitely know exactly how to respect shared spaces and boundaries, while keeping things open, cordial and comfortable ☺️

​What I’m Looking For:: I am currently narrowing in on the spot although it still can really be anywhere from Plymouth to Boston. I am holding out for the right fit and like said, in my price range which may be a little less to start at least. I am completely comfortable living with guys, girls, or couples, as long as the home is clean, quiet, and everyone is respectful. I had female roommates before that and many summers out of scituate. One being my now good friend Ann, who was a little older in her large, beautiful house on the ocean in Duxbury, I would watch the house for her when traveled a lot, also watched her dog few times. I started with a month and ended up being asked back for 3 and half summers! we’re still great friends. Another being a very nice girl that owned a beautiful condo in Quincy, also still a friend and worked out great. So I’m open to anything, very open minded, free spirit type.
