I like to keep a clean and organized home. Staying neat on the front end helps cut down on big cleaning days on the weekend. My work schedule can vary — sometimes I work long days and late hours, and other times it’s more of a daytime schedule.

I enjoy having a nice yard with flowers and plants so I can sit out on the deck or patio and enjoy the weather and the beauty of it all. I love to entertain — whether it’s neighbors, friends, or family.

I also enjoy getting outside for walks or bike rides and would love to live somewhere with nice trails and easy access to them.

I value both social time and personal space. I enjoy spending time with a roommate — watching movies, playing games, or visiting over a drink — but I also appreciate quiet time to myself in front of the TV.

I’m a slow starter in the morning. That doesn’t mean I’m unfriendly — I’m just usually quiet early on. I’m definitely more of an evening person when it comes to socializing.
