I am a single male professional with a consistent Monday–Friday night-shift schedule. I am incredibly responsible, keep my living space clean, and have no pets. I work in security in the evenings, so I will not be around most weeknights.

In my free time, I am a creative. I do a lot of audio engineering, play guitar, and develop indie games. I’m looking for a comfortable, reliable place to call home where I can continue working on my projects.

What I’m Looking For:

Space: A 1-bedroom, studio, or private basement apartment.

Location: South Jersey area preferred.

My Committment to Noise & Neighbors While I am a musician and game developer, I am also a highly respectful neighbor. I am specifically looking for a space with decent sound isolation so I can comfortably mix audio and play. However, I am extremely mindful of shared walls. I am fully equipped to run my gear directly into my audio interface and mix on headphones when needed. I am more than happy to discuss and strictly adhere to agreed-upon “quiet hours” to ensure my monitors or instruments never become a nuisance to anyone else in the building.
