Mature, professional, hard working, recently separated, drama-free male seeks a shared rental in the Manassas, Manassas City, Manassas Park area for sole occupancy of a room / finished basement sleeping quarters with preference of own bathroom as availability and opportunity allows. Furnishings are not necessary but would absolutely be considered if offered and I am animal friendly although I personally do not own any pets. My target move-in date would be 05/01 but I am open to a mid-month move in based on timing & availability. I am a neat, orderly, mindful, considerate, social introvert who believes honesty, accountability, dependability and healthy lifestyles contribute to a healthy and happy home. Lease terms are flexible however I would be interested in securing a 3 / 6 or 9 month lease with the option to renew if possible. I currently have shared custody of my 11 year old Daughter who lives with her Mother full time.
