I’m a full-time electrician with a steady schedule, so I keep things pretty routine during the week. I’m quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and tend to keep to myself, but I’m easy to get along with. In my downtime, I usually relax by playing video games or just unwinding at home.

I have one cat who’s well-behaved and low-maintenance. I’ll also have a separate shop that I rent out, so I’m mainly just looking for a comfortable, low-key place to crash. I value a clean, drama-free environment and being considerate of others’ space and schedules.
