Hey, I’m Nate!

I’m an online student at the University of Arkansas and planning to move to San Marcos to attend US Aviation Academy. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing place to live.

I’m pretty laid-back and low-maintenance. I usually keep to myself during the week, but I’m always down to hang out, talk, or get along with my roommates. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m into cars and enjoy working on them, so I can help out with basic maintenance if needed. In my free time I just play video games and chill.

Overall, I’m reliable, flexible, and easy to live with—just looking for a good environment and solid roommates.
