William Mateo Ignacio

I’m a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and I work nights as a server, mostly on weekends. Because of that, I’m usually either at work or studying, so I tend to keep a pretty low profile at home.

I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m mindful about noise—especially since my schedule is a little different from the typical 9–5 routine. I pay bills on time, communicate clearly, and value a chill, drama-free living environment. Overall, I’m easy to live with, responsible, and keep things low-key.
