I’m a 20‑year‑old Aerospace Engineering student and athlete at WPI looking for a short‑term room near Richmond. I’m clean, responsible, and used to shared living, so I always respect common spaces and keep things tidy. I’m friendly and easygoing, but also totally fine keeping to myself. I’m very active — I work out regularly and plan to join a soccer league while I’m in the area. I’ll be far from home, so I won’t be inviting guests over. I’m low‑maintenance, flexible with living situations, reliable with rent, and usually out studying or working. I’m easy to communicate with and also very considerate of the people I live with.
