Hi I’m Kat (she/her). I’m a non-traditional (28 yrs old) mechanical engineering undergrad. Interested in partnering up to lease a place together or taking over a lease! Any gender is fine. No pets, but love animals!

I spend most of my time studying these days. I tend to stick to myself, but want to be friendly with roommates, maybe share occasional meals. I love to cook. I like to keep spaces tidy and respect each others space, belongings, and boundaries. NOT looking to live in a party house. I’m neurodivergent and almost 30. I need a chill space.

I currently have a partner who lives out of town and visits me on the weekends. I like art, fashion, subculture, music, yoga, and science. I will need space for my sewing & crafts :)
