I am moving to Anastatia for a year and I need a quiet and clean bed/bath to call home. I enjoy my privacy but know that a little community life is good for my soul. I have no animals but love them. However, I cannot live with cigarette smokers. I do travel so I won’t be there 24/7. I prefer to pay a flat rental fee. A Private entrance would be awesome. Need parking for 1 car. I am a fabulous cook. I walk, bike, play bad pickleball and attend yoga/pilates classes. Happy to share more when we talk.
