The house has a pool, hot tub, garage/driveway parking, washer & dryer, updated flooring, great natural light, spacious common areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances.

The home is usually peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to recharge, work from home, study, or just enjoy a stress-free environment. Every now and then I’ll have friends over or keep it social, so it’s a solid balance of calm living with occasional good energy.

I’m looking for roommates who are respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to live with.
