I am honest in my dealings. If I stay in your house I owe you rent money. If the lease says its time for me to go, its time for me to go.

I respect others space and belongings, keep my stuff clean and neat and not an eye sore, I clean my dishes and maybe some of yours too if they are in the sink. I am conscious of the time and how loud I am being. I am not very social but do enjoy pleasant company and sharing time and a meal.
