I’m Stan and I’m looking preferably for 1 roommate and ideally a female, but would def consider living with a male also. I work 60hrs plus a week and I am hardly home. One of my passions is cooking so when I am home I usually like to cook and would always cook enough for the ppl I live with. I have a girlfriend who has her own place, that would also be visiting me when we aren’t spending time at her place. I am a little bit of a neat freak and always need the space we all occupy to look and feel very clean and smelling good. If I got help to clean it would be great, but I don’t wait around and always make sure bathrooms, kitchen etc are sparkling. I prefer not to live with pets and the main reason I am looking for a roommate is because we all understand that in today’s market everything has changed and I don’t want to commit to a rent that I can probably pay but can’t save money. Feel free to call or text me and we can talk about anything you like and discuss options if interested in having me as a roommate. I am Very honest, genuine and I do not like liars at all. You’d never regret having me and on the contrary would actually think I am a pleasure to have. I wouldn’t mind making friends along the way and share a place I can consider a temporary home.
